Almond Flour Muffins

2 cups almond flour

2 eggs + 1 egg white

2 tablespoon raw honey

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon himalayan sea salt

1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

 

1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC) and line 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.

2-In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips.

3-Add the chocolate chips.

4-Pour batter evenly into the muffin cups.

5-Bake for about 15 minutes.

4-Enjoy!
