Almond Milk

2 cups raw almonds (soaked overnight and rinsed)

I like to peel the almond skins but it's optional. Almond skin gives the milk quite a distinct flavor, which is loved by many, except me:))

4 cups water

 

 

1-Blend almonds and water in your Vitamix until smooth.

2-Pour the blended milk through cheese cloth to remove the pulp. (Do not throw away the pulp, you can use it in lots of recipes)

3-Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.

4-Enjoy!
