Oatmeal with Amaranth

1/2 cup organic steel cut oats

1/4 cup amaranth

2 1/2 cups of water

1/2 cup frozen rasberries

 

Serves 1 person

 

1-In a small bowl, add steel-cut oats, amaranth, water and bring to a boil.

(If your oats start rising up, just give them a quick stir and turn down the heat a bit.)

2-Simmer, and continue cooking for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionaly.

3-Serve with frozen rasberries or any berries of your choice.

4-Enjoy!
