2 cups alkaline water

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (organic, unfiltered)

1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

1-Combine all the ingredients in a cup or mason jar and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour for chia seeds to absorb water.

2-Enjoy!
