Avocado Spread

1/2 avocado

pinch of Himalayan sea salt

pinch of cayenne papper

lemon juice

 

Serves 1 person

 

1-In a plate, mash half avocado.

2-Season with salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.

3-Serve with your choice of toasted bread. (I love the Food for Life, Brown Rice Bread. It's yeast and gluten free)

4-Enjoy!
