2 cups almond flour

3/4 cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 eggs

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 bananas, mashed (1 1/2 cup)

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup raw walnuts (chopped)

 

1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).

2-Sift almond flour and mix it with coconut sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt in a bowl.

3-In a seperate bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract and mashed bananas.

4-Add dry ingredients to wet and continue mixing.Stir in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Be careful not to over mix.

5-Grease your bread pan with coconut oil.

6-Pour in batter and bake about 50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

7-Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.

8-Enjoy !
