Banana Oat Muffins

2 cups rolled oats

2 eggs

2 bananas

1/4 cup raw honey

1 cup greek yogurt

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt

 

1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC) and line 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.

2-In your Vitamix or food processor blend your rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt. Put aside.

3-In your Vitamix or food processor , mix all the wet ingredients; eggs, bananas, Greek yogurt and raw honey.

4-Add your dry mixture in your Vitamix and blend until smooth.

5-Stir in chocolate chips.

6-Pour batter evenly into the muffin cups. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top.

7-Bake for about 25 minutes.

8-Enjoy!
