2 cups dates (soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and rinsed)
1/4 cup raw cacao
1 cup raw walnuts
1-Crush the walnuts in Vitamix or food processor.
2-Add dates and raw cacao and process into a meal.
3-Place the mixture in the fridge to chill for an hour.
4-Roll the mixture into small balls.
5-Roll the balls in your choice of crashed raw walnuts, crushed raw pistachios, desiccated coconut, raw cacao powder or crushed freeze dried raspberries which were my favorite:)
