
2 cups fresh squeezed blood orange juice
1/2 cup raw honey
1-Put the honey and small amount of juice in a small saucepan, heat it stirring frequently, until the sugar is dissolved.
2-Add the rest of the juice, mix and let it cool in the fridge.
3-Add chilled mixture to your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
4-Enjoy!
