Cashew Milk

2 cups raw cashews (soaked in water at least 4 hours to overnight and rinsed)

1 lt water 

 

 

1-Blend soaked and rinsed cashews with 1lt water in your Vitamix until smooth.

2-Pour the blended milk through cheese cloth to remove the pulp. I found that with Vitamix there is usually no or very little pulp.

3-Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.

4-Enjoy!
