Chia Pudding

3 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1-In a glass container with lid, mix all ingredients.

2-Refrigerate overnight.

3-When ready to serve, stir, spoon into bowls and top with rasberries or any other fruit of your choice, nuts and coconut flakes.

4-Enjoy!
