Chocolate Avocado Truffles

1 avocado

5 oz dark chocolate

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

⅛ teaspon salt

 

1-Mash the avocado until completely smooth.

2-Melt the chocolate and mix the mashed avocado, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and half of the of the cacao powder until thoroughly combined.

3-Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4-Form balls from the mixture with your hands. Roll the truffle balls in the remaining cacao powder.

5-Enjoy!
