2 cups almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 cup coconut butter

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 egg

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup raw walnuts (crumbled)


1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).

2-Sift almond flour, baking soda and sea salt into a bowl.

3-In a seperate bowl, whisk together coconut butter, coconut sugar, egg and vanilla extract.

4-Add dry ingredients to wet and continue mixing.Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

5-Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper. If you want nice looking cookies, flatten and shape them.

6-Cook about 12 minutes until edges are nicely browned.

7-Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
