Chocolate Covered Apricots
1 bag dried apricots
3 oz dark chocolate
Finely grounded raw pistachio for garnish
1-Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
2-Dip your apricots in the melted chocolate and place them on a baking tray covered with wax paper.
3-Garnish the top of each apricot with ground pistachios.
4-Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the chocolate to set.
5-Store in refrigerator.
