1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

250 gr petit beurre biscuits or graham crackers


1-In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the crackers.

2-Break the graham crackers into small pieces and add them to the mixture. Mix until all the crackers are covered with chocolate.

3-Place the mixture in the center of plastic wrap, forming a roll. Wrap the plastic around the mixture. 

4-Place it in the freezer for 3 hours.

5-When you want to serve take out from the freezer, remove the wrap, cut into slices. Mosaic cake is served cold, so keep it in the freezer.

6-Enjoy !
