
Dehydrated Fruit Chips

Apples
Pears
Plums
or any other fruit of your choice
1-Using a very sharp knife or Mandolin Slicer, slice fruit as evenly as possible in the desired thickness.
2-Layer sliced fruit on your dehydrator tray.
3-Set temperature to 115° degrees and dehydrate for about 8-10 hours.
4-Enjoy! Store dehydrated fruit in an airtight container.
