Healing Turmeric Tea

2 cups water

2 teaspoons of ground turmeric

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/8 teaspoom black pepper

few slices of fresh ginger root

3 cloves

2 teaspoons raw honey (you can use more if you like sweeter)

1/2 cup milk of your choice (I used my homemade cashew milk)

 

1-Place all your ingredients except honey and milk into a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 10 minutes.

2-Strain the tea through a fine sieve.

3-Add raw honey and milk and warm it once again in the saucepan.

4-Enjoy!
