
Homemade Granola

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
1/4 cup dried apricots (chopped)
1/4 cup dried cranberries (chopped)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon himalayan sea salt
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
2-In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
3-Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 15 min, until lightly toasted.
4-Cool before serving or storing. It will harden as it cools.
