Kale Chips

1 bunch organic red kale 

olive oil

sea salt 


1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).

2-Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.

3-Place them in a large payrex container in a single layer.

4-Drizzle and massage the leaves with olive oil. Season with sea salt.

5-Bake until crisp for about 20-25 min, checking and turning leaves every 5 min.
