1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of cashew milk or any other milk of your choice
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Black pepper to taste
fresh chives, thinly sliced, for garnish
1-Place cauliflower florets and garlic in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover and steam until fork tender for about 15 minutes.
2-Place the steamed cauliflower and garlic in your Vitamix or food processor. Add olive oil, milk, salt, pepper and process until smooth and creamy.
3-Place in a serving bowl or individual small bowls. Garnish with chives, if desired. Serve warm.
