1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup raw honey

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 eggs

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).

2-In a bowl, mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.

3-Stir in chocolate chips.

4-Chill dough in the fridge for at least 30 min. The dough is quite sticky, so chilling is mandatory.

5-Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll cookies in dough balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. If you want nice looking cookies, flatten and shape them.

6-Cook about 10 minutes until edges are nicely browned.

7-Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
