2 cups almond flour

3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 egg white



2 cups plums, pitted and thinly sliced

2 tablespoons arrowroot powder

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

pinch of sea salt


1-Preheat oven to 350˚F.

2-Add all crust ingredients in a bowl and mix well until mixture begins to clump and get moist.

3-Press dough into a 9 inch removable bottom pie pan.

4-In a separate bowl, mix together all the filling ingredients. Let stand, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes, or until juicy.

5-Pour the fruit filling over the crust in an even layer.

6-Bake the tart for about 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

7-Cool completely before serving.
