Raspberry Chia Jam

12oz pack organic frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 cup water

1-Combine all ingredients except chia seeds in a small sauce pan and cook over medium low heat for about 10-15 minutes until raspberries are soft.
2-Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.
3-Pour jam into an airtight glass container and store in the fridge.
4-Enjoy!
