Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1-After removing pumpkin seeds, rinse with water in a colander and wipe them off with paper towel.
2-Soak the seeds in lemon water for a few hours.
3-Place seeds in a single layer on a cookie sheet, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
4-Roast at 300°F for 20-25 minutes, stirring in between until light brown and crispy.
