Roasted Radishes

Roasted Radishes

2 bunches medium radishes (such as red, pink, and purple; about 20), trimmed

2 tablesppon extra virgin olive oil 

himalayan sea salt

fresh thyme 


1-Preheat oven to 400°F.

2-In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, coating radishes evenly.

3-Place on a baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes, until radishes are crispy and tender.
