2 medium sweet potatoes

2/3 cup almond flour

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

14 medjool dates

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoon coconut sugar

Pinch of himalayan sea salt


1-Preheat oven 350°F.

2-Peel and cut sweet potatoes into chunks and steam them for about 20 minutes, until they are soft.

3-Place steamed, soft sweet potatoes and dates in your Vitamix or food processor and blend well.

4-In a bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.

5-Add in the bowl, your sweet potato and date mixture. Stir well.

6-Grease your baking pan with coconut oil. Pour in batter and bake about 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. 

7-Remove from oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. 

8-Cut into squares before serving.
